Group Training Subscriptions and Review Reminders
This relase includes:
Group Training Subscriptions
When a Confluence group is invited to train on a document, the group is now automatically subscribed. New users added to the group will be invited to train on the document in future weekly refreshes. Subscriptions are included in weekly Training Reminder emails and can be managed or cancelled from the Manage Training tab.
Review Reminders
eSign Documents will now send weekly reminder emails for open (incomplete) document reviews. Users receive a digest of their assigned reviews, and document owners see their documents in review and reviewer lists.
Changing Document Owners
Admins and owners can now easily change the owner of a document revision from the Document Management panel.
Assign User Training
Administrators can now overriding standard training schedules or existing assignments. This ensures users repeat training when needed, even if they have already completed it or the retrain interval is not due.
Improved Release Process
The release process now searches for and obsoletes all older revisions, not just the previous one. Reactivating an obsolete revision now checks for active released revisions.
