eSign on the Atlassian Forge platform

eSign Electronic Signatures for Jira and Confluence have transitioned to the Atlassian Forge platform.

The new “eSign on Forge” version has been released as an “on demand” upgrade. While in Early Access, existing customers will not be automatically upgraded. This new version may be installed in sandbox/test sites and updated to production on a per site basis during the Early Access phase.

What does this means to existing eSign Users?

• The overall signature experience is not changing; eSign on Forge will continue to providing the same features you are using today.
• The signature data storage is not changing. All of your data continues to be stored securely within your Atlassian Jira cloud site.
• We recommend customers with complex Signature workflows test this new version in a separate test site prior to upgrading in production.
