Forge Platform General Availability

This update signifies the GA - General Availability of eSign Signatures for Confluence V3 (eSign on Forge), following a successful 90 day Early Access period.

Highlights

• All Signature data remains securely stored within your Atlassian Confluence environment.
• Existing Confluence pages that were signed with the previous version will continue to be valid and accessible.
• The eSign user interface has been refreshed to align with the overall look and feel of the Atlassian platform.
• The ability for Guest users to participate in the signing processes is now supported on Forge.
• The Confluence page PDF Export has been upgraded to deliver a high fidelity export of your signed pages, and MS Word and third party exports are now better supported.

Recommendation

All customers are recommended to upgrade to this version before the Atlassian published end-of-support for the legacy connect platform in January 2027.
